This watch is just what I wanted and the price was fantastic

Fast shipping.

Very happy with this purchase, thank you!

The website did not describe the brown glasses as matted color so I was totally disappointed. When I tried to notify them on the website I filled out their form (twice) and when you hit send it says no such email address. They have no phone number listed on site. You have to notify them within 24 hours of receiving the order. Doesn’t look like they want to take any returns to me.

Hi Maurice, we are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the sunglasses and the frustration you experienced trying to reach us. We sincerely apologize for the glitch with our website's contact form—our technical team is fixing it right now.

Please rest assured that we are here to help, and we actually offer a full 30-day return policy, not just 24 hours! A member of our customer service team will be reaching out to you shortly to get this sorted out and process your return. We will make this right for you!

The band felt super cheap but the watch is cool

Hi Karina, thank you so much for your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that your husband loves the watch! However, we sincerely apologize that the outer box was dented in transit. We are sharing your feedback with our fulfillment team to ensure these items are shipped in sturdier boxes moving forward. Thank you for choosing us!
