The seller was very reasonable and understanding and issued me a refund. I always admire when sellers are willing to do things like that so readily. This is a nice watch. Very substantial feel to the watch. Good transaction. Prompt service by the seller. Fair price. I was on the fence as to whether to get the blue dial or red and blue. I am glad that I got the red and blue. Note that the crown has to be unscrewed before the time can be set.
