We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange any unworn item within 30 days from the date of shipment date. Any Watch that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customers once they have received it is non returnable. All items must be returned in original condition with our tag attached.*Shipping is non-refundable.
First Inspection
Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no blemishes. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Certifiedwatchstore.com must be informed immediately of any defects, blemishes or any irregularities. Customer is responsible for shipping costs if product turns out to be defective.
Return Conditions
Certified watch store has a 30 day return policy from the shipment date on watches that are not worn, used or altered in any way including sizing, engraving ect..
All returned watches must have the security tag attached upon return otherwise the watch is NOT returnable / Not exchangeable.
Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear can not be returned and will be refused.
All returned items must have a return authorization number marked on the outside of the package. Please call our support team 917-254-4442 to get one. Please be aware that obtaining a return number does not offer any final disposition. We will inspect your return upon receipt. Your return will then be assessed for Refund or exchange.
All watches must be returned in the original box with corresponding instruction booklet/warrnty cards/and documentation.
Please include a copy of the original Invoice.
Your account will be credited for the price of the product minus shipping and handling charges.
Your account is subject to an admin fee for products less than $300 is a $10
Your account is subject to a 10% restocking fee for products over $300
It is the customer's responsibly to ship the watch back via UPS/FedEX with insurance, your shipping costs are NON refundable.
ALL Final Sale items can not be returned/exchanged for any reason.
If you receive a defective watch, please inform us immediately. Do not attempt to repair yourself. Any product that has been repaired by any third party other than Certified watch store will Void your warranty.
Exchange Policy
Exchange can be made one time only for an item equal value (to the original price) or greater. After an item is exchanged, it can not be returned for a Refund.
Watches can not be returned after they have altered, sized, worn ect..
We must receive the watch within 5 days after the RMA has been issues
Exchanges can only be made for items that are available to order on our site or through our distributors. If an item is on back order customer must wait.
You must obtain R.A for exchanging an item.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending product back for exchange.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibilty of the customer.
Turn around time for exchange may take up to 3 weeks depending on product availability.
If you choose a product that is of a lesser value, then your account will be subject to a 10% restock fee on the price difference.
PLEASE NOTE:
If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not replace or refund a watch once it has been worn, or the plastics/tags have been removed. We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.
Please contact us to receive an RA number (Return Authorization Number). No return will be accepted without an RA number.
A 10% restocking fee aplies to any "SPECIAL ORDER" if the Product returned for a full refund.
A 10% restock fee will be applied to any "special order" if cancelled before it ships out of our warehouse.
We do not accept any returns or Exchanges from international orders**
Customer is responsible for shipping costs including tax+duties, if you send a watch for repair from an international country outside the USA.
Watches with proven factory defects (as determine by CertifiedWatchStore.com) will be replaced with the same model if reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage.
*Extended Holiday Return Policy*
In addition to our standard 30 day money back guarantee, any order placed between during the month of November and up to December 13th will be eligible for an extended exchange period. This exchange must comply with the return policy instructions as stated here. In order to process an exchange, the customer must contact us and request a Return/Repair Request Form before January 7th. All items that are intended to be exchanged must be physically received in our warehouse by January 12th.
Items that are received after January 12th will be refused, and returned to the customer. The item that is being exchanged for must be of an equal or greater value than the item that is being returned.
Return Instructions:
Please write the R.A on the outside of the box
Call our support team 917-254-4442 for an R.A number and a Return Address
Send the product back with all that was originally included upon your receipt of the merchandise. Box must be packaged very well.
Send a copy of the original sales invoice.
Shipping costs are the responsibily of the customer, UPS/FedEX is preferred. Must be insured. Please package very well to avoid damage.
We are not responsible for damage products upon receipt.
