Returns Policy


Certified Watch Store believes in complete customer satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange any unworn item within 30 days from the date of shipment date. Any Watch that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customers once they have received it is non returnable. All items must be returned in original condition with our tag attached.*Shipping is non-refundable.

First Inspection

Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no blemishes. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Certifiedwatchstore.com must be informed immediately of any defects, blemishes or any irregularities.

Return Conditions

Once the watch is worn or sized - and even if it is unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed - we cannot accept a return of the watch. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not replace or refund a watch once it has been worn, or the plastics/tags have been removed. We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.

ALL ITEMS must still have their tags when returned for refund or exchange. Please contact us to receive an RA number (Return Authorization Number). No return will be accepted without an RA number.

A 15% restocking fee aplies to any "SPECIAL ORDER" $1500 or more if the Product returned for a full refund or exchange. ALL ITEMS must still have their tags when returned for refund or exchange. *Extended Holiday Return Policy*

In addition to our standard 30 day money back guarantee, any order placed between during the month of November and up to December 13th will be eligible for an extended exchange period. This exchange must comply with the return policy instructions as stated here. In order to process an exchange, the customer must contact us and request a Return/Repair Request Form before January 7th. All items that are intended to be exchanged must be physically received in our warehouse by January 12th.


Items that are received after January 12th will be refused, and returned to the customer. The item that is being exchanged for must be of an equal or greater value than the item that is being returned.

 

Return Policy:

To Return an Item:

  • Obtain Return Authorization Code - Call Certified Watch Store toll-free at 866-735-9116 to obtain your return authorization number. Write this number on the Return Form provided with the original packaging.
  • Repackage the Item as Securely as Possible - Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
  • Ship the Package - Return the package to us by UPS- BROWN Truck SERVICE ONLY. Insure the package for the full purchase price and add tracking confirmation. You must include signature required option for your shipment. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Certified Watch Store is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
  • Name and Address - Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and call us for a return address.
  • All watches are shipped with a return seal. If this seal is removed, damaged, or manipulated, return is void. This seal MUST be present and unaltered for any returns.
  • If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify CertifiedWatchStore.com immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else.
  • ALL returns must have a return authorization before being returned to us. Requests for RMA must be made within 30 days of order ship date, and return back to us no later than 5 days after an RMA been issued.
  • Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear can not be returned and will be refused.
  • A 10% restock fee applies to ALL orders returned - $300 or above.
  • A $10 admin fee for any order returned - Below $300
  • Exchanged items can not be returned or exchanged more than once.
  • Watches with proven factory defects (as determine by CertifiedWatchStore.com) will be replaced with the same model if reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage.
  • Picture or description discrepancies on our web site or other advertising are not considered defects. Out of the box visual defects MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a restocking fee may apply to cover the damage.
  • All returns must include non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (parts, instruction manuals...). Otherwise, additional restocking fees may apply.
  • All shipping charges are NOT refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping during the purchase, Buyer/customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping if the item is being returned for a refund, or exchange.
  • Any SPECIAL ORDER item above $3500USD is NON-returnable, Not-refundable. Watches which have been sized (by anyone other than CertifiedWatchStore.com) are not returnable.
  • Freight charges for all returns or exchanges (including defective items) will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

ALL purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We cannot issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or band. Watches with links removed, as well as watches without all original packaging and manuals will also not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.
  • Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued. Customer MUST includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.
  • If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.
