Payment Process

What are the payment options ?

CertifiedWatchStore.com will accept payments via the following methods; credit card, wire transfer, Google Checkout, Paypal, Amazon Payments. We highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card or wire transfer for security purposes.

Credit Cards
We accepts the following credit card payments for online and phone orders:

Online Payment Methods:

• We ship to PayPal Verified accounts with confirmed addresses within the US, Canada, and the UK only, and after payment cleared. If you do not have a Paypal account already you can sign up here. PayPal lets anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently send payments online. 


Verification of Orders

Orders may be subject to Certifiedwatchstore.com verification procedure. For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or by Email.

Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers.

Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to our checkout corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to CertifiedWatchstore.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.

If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order?
If you receive a "declined" error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. CertifiedWatchstore.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank's online authorization system. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order the item online again and proceed to checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.

Wire Transfer
CerifiedWatchStore.com accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Wire transfer orders cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. We usually receives domestic wire transfers the same business day; international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. Please contact us after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will be shipped.
